At AURA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
